Responsibilities

To lead internal teams and work with client management teams to complete CRM and ERP projects:

  • Effectively plan and schedule time.
  • Prioritise tasks.
  • Track and monitor progress on the project.
  • Risk management: Identifying, Assessing, and Mitigating risks.
  • Change management: Change management plans – Identifying and Documenting the risks of change,
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve in real time.
  • Stay organised and on track despite setbacks or changes.
  • Motivate team members.
  • Manage budgets and resources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Enable deeper discussions about the project.
  • Keep a strong line of communication open with team members.
  • Resolve interpersonal issues between team members and stakeholders.
  • Anticipate, and prevent repetitive problems in the project cycle.
  • Coordinate the work of internal teams with external stakeholder teams.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities as requested.
  • In all activities, ensure timely completion of internal processes and requirements and operate in such a manner as to conform to the Company’s Quality standards.
  • Always represent Carabao in a professional and positive manner.
  • To carry out additional duties as may be assigned from time to time as instructed and agreed by the CEO and that is considered within your skills remit.

 

 

Education Requirements

  • Educated to degree level

 

 

Experience Requirements

Essential:

  • 10+ years of hands-on Project Management experience with Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Expertise in Microsoft Project methodologies and tools; DevOps, LCS, Project
  • A good high level overview of D365 FO modules
  • Dynamics 365 F&O implementation experience
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent grasp of Agile implementation methodologies
  • Risk Management skills
  • Change Management skills

 

Desirable:

  • A good high level overview of D365 CE modules
